I’ve been in a serious state of blog-neglect this week.  To make up for it, I wrote a Recap in Rap! of my week.   If you ever wondered why I’m single, it ain’t cuz of my rap skillz… haha.

Week Of August 9th, 2010

So I started my week with a super long day,
Never did I think I was gonna get away.
I made it to my place around a quarter to 10 -
Had to get up at 6 and do it all again!

Tuesday came with a slower pace
I even had time to check my face…
Book! I booked some dancers for a client
Heard the show they gave was quite a riot!

Wednesday let me leave on time,
I couldn’t believe I saw my house before 9.
Oops, I didn’t license a track -
Lucky for me, that band is wack…
And the price they were asking was wayyy too much.
Don’t be asking for g’s when your name is washed up!

The 4th day was a little unexpected -
A pre-pro meeting left me feeling connected.
Got some answers from God on the car ride home.
If you don’t know it – you’re never alone.

Today was a dream, nothing bad or wretched -
Had a couple of laughs, wasn’t feeling rejected.

My Fever

Off to a good start this week… Yay!

Although it’s currently 11:22 am on Monday, it’s the small victories, right? I’m attempting to blog from my phone so we’ll see how it goes. My phone has a tendancy to delete things if I hold down the backspace key for too long… silly Droid!

Anyway, my weekend went pretty well Lots of sleep, relaxation and accomplishments of several little things I hadn’t had time for – like cashing 3 checks I had just sitting around. I must be pretty busy when I don’t have time for money! Haha. Yesterday, I didn’t even leave the house. I was a total bum! I even ordered sushi on Saturday night cause I didn’t wanna go to the grocery store and didn’t want to cook. I think I’m turning lazy! Lol. I gotta stop that! I did download a new instrumental to write to Super stoked about that!

I’m feeling like I’m on the right track again, which is fantastic considering the week I had last week! And wearing a new shirt also makes me feel better… haha. But thanks to everyone for the love & support! And for listening to me complain and offering your wonderful advice
